Q: Is it better to buy a pool table online or at the store?

A:  By purchasing at the store you will be able “touch and see” what you are getting as opposed to relying on pictures and descriptions.  Online pricing is generally deceiving and the price you spend in the end often ends up being more than the same or a comparable table will cost by purchasing at CAROLINA POOL TABLES PLUS.

Q: I like the cabinet and rail style of one table but the legs of another. Can they be changed?

A: Generally the answer is yes, but it depends on the brand of pool table you have selected.

Q: What type of construction do you recommend?

A:  Depending on your individual needs the answer varies. CAROLINA POOL TABLES PLUS will help make this choice easy. Visit one of our stores and we will take the time to educate you on the differences.

Q: I'd like to save money, should we install the table ourselves?

A:  Professional installation is always recommended, even if you have purchased a used pool table. It takes approximately 2 to 3 hours by a trained professional to properly install a pool table.  CAROLINA POOL TABLES PLUS offers a complete range of services and competitive prices.

Q: If I special order a pool table or furnishings, how long will it take until they are delivered to me?

A: Depending on the manufacturer, as soon as one week or as long as 6 weeks.

Q: We want a different color cloth, is that possible?

A: YES, always! You can even make the rails a different color than the bed!

Q: We have a smaller room. Are there different sized tables available?

A:  YES. Depending on the manufacturer, several sizes may be available.

Q: How much distance do we need around the table?

A:  4 feet is the minimum recommendation and 4 1/2 to 5 feet is optimum. Remember, CAROLINA POOL  TABLES PLUS can tailor your accessory package to include  shorter cue sticks for tight areas.

Q: How long will a pool table last?

A:  Depending on the quality of pool table you purchase, this answer may vary.  There are several pool tables that can last several lifetimes, and there are a multitude of pool tables that may only last a few years at best.
